The hard part of AI was never the AI.
The models are a commodity now. Anyone can rent one. What decides whether an AI project turns into something your staff actually use is everything around it: which systems it connects to, who has authority to grant that access, where the sensitive data lives, and who is still there in six months when it needs changing.
A consultancy arriving today starts at zero on every one of those. They spend the first month on discovery, negotiate administrative access to systems they have never seen, deliver a pilot, and leave. We start with the access already granted, the environment already documented, and the responsibility already ours. That is why our first projects go live in weeks, not quarters, and why they are still running a year later.
