Our story
Thirty years of refusing to accept “too small to protect.”
We've spent our careers bringing the IT and security standards of large corporations to the businesses everyone else overlooked. This is why, and how, we still do it.
Why we exist
For decades we watched the same thing happen. The large companies got the real attention: the monitoring, the layered defenses, the people who actually answered when something broke. Everyone else got told they were too small to need it, or too small to afford it. Usually both.
We never believed that. A breach doesn't check your headcount before it walks in. The law office with eight people holds the same kind of sensitive data a hundred-person firm does, and it deserves the same standard of care protecting it.
So that became the work: take the discipline that enterprise IT departments run by, and bring it, faithfully, to businesses of any size. Not a watered-down version. The real thing.
Who we are
An established firm, run by people who answer the phone.
For more than thirty years we've looked after real businesses through every change the industry has thrown at them. That experience isn't a number on a page; it's the instinct for what will go wrong before it does, and the calm that comes from having seen it before.
We're based in the Greater Toronto Area, but our clients have never stayed neatly inside it. We provide services both locally and around the world, across cities, countries, and timezones, holding every one of them to the same standard, whether they run a single office or a multi-site operation.
And our clients have almost nothing in common with one another. Law, finance, real estate, manufacturing, and more. That range isn't an accident; it's the proof. The standards that protect a small professional office and a multi-site operation are the same standards, and we've spent thirty years applying them everywhere.
How it feels to work with us
Enterprise rigor. And someone who knows your name.
The big managed-services firms can give you the standards. What they can't seem to give you is a human being: someone who remembers your business, picks up the phone, and treats your problem like it's theirs.
That's the part we refuse to give up as we grow. You'll deal with people who know your systems and your staff, who speak plainly instead of hiding behind jargon, and who still believe that answering the phone is part of the job.
Enterprise discipline shouldn't have to cost you the feeling that someone is actually looking after you. With us, it doesn't.
